man, that would've ruined flying (not to mention a pair of boxers) for me for life. as it is i white knuckle at turbulence! and those guys have to fly so often.

It's allways nice to be able to joke about something after the event but I had the same thing happen to me back in the 70's and I still don't like flying. Everyone on the plane thought we were going to die. People were screaming & crying and I'm positive I must have dented the arm rest with my grip. I can smile, but this brought back a really bad memory.
