I was looking for some information about the Hawks and was stunned not to find them in their usual spot on the nba.com team stats page

http://www.nba.com/teams/teamStatisticsLinks.html

They now have it set up in the new division format. The new "soutwest" looks pretty imprssive:

Dallas
Houston
Memphis
New Orleans
San Antonio

By contrast the Pacific is not nearly as bad:

Golden State
LA Clippers
LA Lakers
Phoenix
Sacramento

Now if they had only given us Seattle instead of Sacramento. :D

Nice symmetrical assignment and they did a good job of geographical clustering. I wonder how they are going to apportion the number of games against various opponents. I expect they'll keep the home & away against teams in the other conference... that's 30 games so 52 games combined within conference. Four against teams within own division is 16 games leaving 36 against the other ten within the conference. So 6 of the 10 you'd face 4 times and the other 4 you'd play 3 times. Actually, not much of a change if they did that.
