No, that is overhard. Overmedium is not as runny as overeasy.

darn it...you ruined the "grits are too spicy" joke I was going to go with.

I've always liked grits...mixed with the egg wasn't bad.

I'd actually eat it again...

They are great with something spicy. Chiliquilles with grits is the bomb. Grits and Huevos Rancheros is another good combo.

yep. Something about the consistency of an omelet. (The whole 'how do you scramble eggs' argument again). I like my eggs (when not over medium) to be fluffy. With melted cheese.

I love me some cheese grits.
