After looking at all the polls here is the starting line up, for the All Crap Team, after everybody has voted:

Offense:

QB Kent Graham
HB Leeland McElroy
FB Joel Makovicka
WR Bryan Gilmore
WR Martay Jenkins
TE Freddie Jones
LT Larry Tharpe
LG Lester Holmes
C Aaron Graham
RG Duval Love
RT Matt Joyce

Defense:

DE Andre Wadsworth
DT Jerry Drake
DT Wendall Bryant
DE 3 way tie-KyleVandenBosch/Fred Wakefield/Michael Bankston
LB Johnny Rutledge
LBZack Walz
LB Tony McCombs
CB Tom Knight
CB Tito Paul
S Matt Darby
S Terry Hoage

I think its fuuny their is a 3 way tie at DE, To have that many sucky DE's that there is not a clear cut choice as to who was the 2 worst is pretty funny.

thers something to be said for chemistry among individual players, you never know who's gonna click put all these guys together on the same field and we could be hoisting a couple of lombardi trophie's right now.

Fred Wakefield???? Was he actually a starter or a backup who got some starting reps due to injury?? I forgot the choice of a starter because the coaching staff sucks...

Wakefield started. I know, I can't believe it either.

So, that WR dude with the face shield, Foster, he didn't make the list? Did he even catch a pass for us?? He started for a few games IIRC, right as Boldin began lighting it up.

Martay scored some points. Kasper, Gilmore, and Foster are DEFINITELY the worst we've ever had.

Well let's see. Kasper played in 13 games for the Cards in 2003 (started 4 games), had 15 catches for 180 yards and 3 of those were for touchdowns. Of the 15 catches, 11 of those resulted in a first down for the team. As I remember (and I went to all of the home games), there were very few balls that he dropped that should have been caught. As a matter of fact, I remember some circus type catches.

Sorry Vince, while I will agree that the Cards have had some not-so-good wide receivers, I certainly wouldn't put Kasper among that group.

The sad thing is that if you put our All-Star team together over the same time frame, the discrepancy wouldn't be that great. OUCH!!!!!

What about Michael Stone and Calvin Pace. You can't hate too much on Zack Walz. IIRC he was like a 5th rounder.

Throw in Tony McCoy at DT, that was a disaster.

Or just look at 90% of the team fielded in 2000. Damn, that was sorry.

I was thinkng that too, but forgot to bring it up in my first post. He was old by the time the last decade started, but in his day he was very capable and in fact worked very good w/ Eric Swann. Swann credits Bankston with teaching him much of the pro game.

and how about Jay Schrador (or however you spell his name) at quarterback, that would have been my pick for the all crap team.

This is an old thread bumped, I did not make the list I just posted Polls with the entire roster for the past decade and everybody voted, I didn'y make this list, the board made this list with there votes

What about Tommy Bennett and Johnny Mcwilliams?

no way, tommy bennett def had some years where he looked like an nfl player. johnny mcwilliams on the other hand should DEFINITELY be starting over freddy at te on this team!

the sad thing about the list is the number of 1st or 2nd round draft picks . . . sign . . . especially on defense.

and wasn't tito paul too long ago for this list?
