I realize this is all in good fun, but the bandwagon jokes are double sided. They could easily claim the same thing about us. Not that we aren't diehards on the message boards but come on, you know that bandwagon is filling up. I don't actually mind the bandwagoners, as long as some of them stay on permanently.

Living in Portland it is really bad. Last season, I swear I saw the same guy at Safeway in 49ers gear earlier in the season and Seahawks gear during the playoffs. Honestly, I never saw much Seahawks gear until the playoffs and now everyone is a fan. Even some die hard 49er fans up here complain about it.

Oh yeah, I was in Bend last summer (with a visit to Portland and Seaside) and over Thanksgiving wearing nothing but Cardinals stuff (since it's the vast majority of my wardrobe) and had some people talk crap to me and say "Go Hawks". My GF said she thought everyone there were 49ers fans. I said that they were, and probably will be again one day.

This is the ultimate classic and will never forget seeing the only QB in history to throw an interception for the win

How many photos of the Lombardi trophy, confetti, victory parade and beautiful Seahawks SB rings are you wanting me to post?

I've waited a long time to enjoy this, so enjoy it I will :D

Not looking to spoil the fun by any stretch - all teams pickup bandwagon fans - personally, I love it .... gear everywhere, lots of coverage and a sign of relevance .... much different than the days I'd pick up the monday paper and look for the seahawks box only to find their name and "late" next to it ... sometimes they wouldn't bother putting it in tuesdays

There has always been a large group of seahawks fans though - the base is strong and the organization has done a fantastic job in community outreach ... including making "12 tours" to surrounding states and Canada

This is what we've always talked about - a game that is high stakes for both our teams at the end of the season ..... should be fun and given the defenses involved most likely tense and frustrating

Your a Seahawk fan with over 8000 posts on a Cards forum? Is that right?

I understand. I'm a known die-hard fan, so I'm always being asked by friends, co-workers, family who are bandwagon or fringe fans questions like, "So, who is our starting QB?" and "Can we beat the Seahawks Sunday?" Sad.

That said, I've been on here over 11 years and average 10-11 posts a month, which I think makes me very active. Your 8000 has an opposing fan is pretty impressive.
