Smoked a tri-tip in a blackberry-chipotle glaze today. Love this this way. Bumped the internal temp up to 135 over my normal 130 and it came out better! The little bit of extra heat made it a little more tender and flavorful. Glad I gave it a try after reading that the cut works better at it.
I have a pork butt in the smoker now, will go overnight and be tomorrows dinner

For dinner?

I don't think I've seen it much past a long roll with egg, cheese & sapepetcup
Pretty much that.

Gouda cheese
Poached egg
Taylor pork
and a Kaiser roll

I was too lazy to make a real dinner and wasn’t famished.

Tomorrow I’m going to have a NY Strip Steak with garlic, grilled onions and rosemary. I’ll skip breakfast and lunch tomorrow so I’ll have a strong appetite and will enjoy it more than I would have today.

I add some olive oil, garlic powder, and some parmesan cheese to my broccoli then cook it in the air fryer. It's pretty good.

I used to make a broccoli mixture and stuff it in the caps of some Portobello mushrooms for the grill. At the end I would melt a slice of gouda on top. Tasted just like steak without the red meat. Even the texture was close to steak.

Roasting/air frying are the way to go with broccoli...dry heat.
