man...this team could be LEGENDARILY bad. They'll probably end up winning 19 games...and get bucked out of the lotto and end up with the 4th pick knowing our luck.

Yeah... the 3 most proven guys on the team are Gortat, who is very likely to get traded, Dragic and Bledsoe, who has never been an every day starter. Everyone else is either very inexperienced or just plain lousy.
If Gortat gets moved before the New Year we might win like 15 games.
I show 19 if you include the 2nd round pick Oriakhi and Garrett who played at LVSL and will probably be in camp.
Lee, Frye, and Beasley still question marks to make it to camp.
Bledsoe/Marshall/Smith/Garrett(FA)
Dragic/Goodwin/Brown/Lee
Tucker/Morris/Green
Morris/Plumlee/Oriakhi/Beasley
Gortat/Len/Kravtsov/Frye
Garrett will be with OKC according to a recent tweet of his.
Oriaki is already playing overseas and likely won't be with the team until next offseason.

Garrett will be playing with OKC. He announced it today on twitter.

Ishmael Smith might be a better fit for the running game than Garrett... McD said that he is one of the fastest guards in the league. Of course, he also said that Smith likes to drive to the hoop but his 1.3 FTA/40 suggests otherwise. He must be a pretty tough little dude (6'0 and 175 lbs) though, because he has averaged 4.7 reb/40 - in 1200 total minutes. (In comparison, last year Dragic had 3.6, Dudley 4.5 and Wes Johnson 5.1)
I am thrilled with the team McD is putting together - even the scrubs he's picking up can all run the floor. The bigs are big, strong guys and athletic enough to defend and rebound. So they can't shoot worth a dam - more incentive to run the floor and get dunks. They'll have to develop rudimentary half court games to stick long term but meanwhile we'll have a team that can race up and down the floor for 48 minutes. Other teams are going to hate playing us - we may not win too many games but we are going to inflict lots of losses, many occurring the next day or two.
I want a talented young player and at least a pick for Gortat. Get it done McDonough.
The Suns will be bad next season but finally there will be hope for the future.

I just watched the Eurobasket game Slovenia (G. Dragic) versus Spain.
Goran Dragic made Marc Gasol look very old every now an then. To me, he's looking even faster than last two seasos, but always in control. Very good court vision, nice, long passes. Sometimes he seems to be a bit too passive, but overall, it was a very good perfomance.
There have been 3 or 4 posessions where he just scored at will and Spain is known for their elite defense (international level, not NBA wise of course).
By the way, Ricky Rubio was almost invisible. Flashy, when nobody stood near him or the basket, but no factor in the game. Gasol (M.) was great on the offensive and defensive end as well but seemed to lack some stamina.

Spain upset by Slovenia at Euros
LJUBLJANA, Slovenia -- Goran Dragic scored 18 points to lead host Slovenia to a 78-69 upset victory over defending champion Spain on Thursday night in the European basketball championship.
Dragic, a guard for the Phoenix Suns, also had six rebounds, seven assists and two steals and scored the last four points of the game in Celje.
