I thought going in we'd get creamed, only because this was a revenge game for Seattle. They feel (and justifiably so) that they are the kings of the NFC West, and that their loss in Arizona was because of a botched handoff (nothing more). They came out looking for blood, taking no prisoners and wanting to prove their supremacy, while caliming another NFC West Title.

That's the way WE were supposed to come out against SF at home. We didn't. In fact, we looked stupid and horrible. That was the day I realized the Cards weren't going to the playoffs unless they bought tickets to a game.

This poor franchise has got to learn how to get up for EVERY game!!!
They do that and they'll have a chance to win 9, 10 games a year like Seattle. So much of it is "mental". Arrrgggghhhhh!!!
