With the emergence of JJ as the Suns primary "go to guy", the key to the development of the Suns will be to have a complementary group of players. Stoudemire should be looking to pass to JJ when Amare gets doubled. Shawn should react to JJ's double teaming to go back door. Jake will work the pick n roll and dumps off the drive, etc.
But none of this works if oppoents can sit back in a zone and wait for the Suns to come at them. That's why Vujanic could be a key player next season. The following is an old scouting report by nbadraft.net of Vujanic from when he was drafted in 2002:
All reports are that he is much better than he was back then. With luck, he could make a big impact on how the Suns play.

He is a dream for scouts and coaches in the NBA:. A late round stael. A point guards with scorer mentality….one of the best players in Europe this season with more than 25 points a game… A scoring machine who has had a break out season… a point guard with a scorers mentality who can also play as a SG…...Has shown so far this season that he can deliver at the highest level in Europe...This guy is only getting better….Has extremely developed his offense game… He's a winner - only 23 years of age but with huge European Experience. And lots with the Natioal Team. Next season he'll likely play for one of the biggest clubs in Europe or in the NBA..... Has good body frame size with nice athletic abilities and qreat quickness…. A Scorer and a shooter (improved his shooting stroke this season) good shot behind the arc but still inconsistent (most of his years so far 35- 40% from the 3 points)…He's very difficult to guard......Uses many skills on offense but his best weapon is his first quick first step…. Has very good ball handling ability…Excellent on drives (can dish the ball to an open player)… Has good court vision…Likes the ball in his hands in the clutch… Draws a lot of attention from opponents on defense. He draws almost 10 fouls a game… Has decimated his points average in Euroleague this season from 13.5 to more than 25 a game…Has one of Europe's quickest first steps. Has supurb body control…. Has quick hands (excellent ballhawk) but needs to improve his defensive game (more aggressive attitude)… His defensive game seems to be affected by his ability to score, more focus is needed defensively …. Excellent from the FT line…he is consistently improving... There is some doubt about his ability to play against aggressive guards especially in the NBA..... He must bulk up and be more aggressive in his floor game…. He is not a pure PG and sometimes forgets his PG duties…. Must become more consistent despite the fact that has greatly improved here during the last season….He has displayed great character this season with Partizan showing that he has "grown up" and ganed a lot of maturity..... Developed his game stepped up his mental approach.... A guy who shows up in money time – A clutch player in Europe, who can carry a team on his back. He's fearless and has that killer instinct.
Outlook: He can play in the NBA as a reserve, but he must improve his weaknesses (aggressiveness and bulk) to become more. He is a clutch player adept at getting quick points. He would benefit by staying another year in Europe.
-Assaf Hadar
Strengths: Has good size at 6-3. Very creative and a nice shooting stroke. Has a scorers mentality, but a very good scorer and a legitimate point guard.
Weaknesses: Must bulk up. Become more of a floor general type. Must become more consistant.
Notes: Probably watched a little too much NBA growing up, cause he's part of that new age, scorers mentality for point guards. Along with Scepanovic, was one of the team leaders of Partizan. He'd likely be taken and kept in Europe for a few seasons. Has drawn some interest from teams in the second round area.
-Uros Velkavrh
A bit of an unknown for the 2002 draft, but he could be better than Raul Lopez drafted by Utah last season. He has a scorers mentality, and he's a modern point guard. Quick, deadly on drives and dishes, and has proven recently that he excels in the clutch! He needs to mature defensively, but he has quick hands to steal the ball. He really grew up this season, after starting out inconsistent. Don't sleep on him.
