As Nikola Jokic (left) and Karl-Anthony Towns go, so go the postseason hopes of the Nuggets and Wolves. After the Oklahoma City Thunder, San Antonio Spurs and New Orleans Pelicans punched their tickets on Monday, there’s just one 2018 playoff spot left in the Western Conference. There are two teams still eligible to take it: the Minnesota Timberwolves and Denver Nuggets.
