There's no reason why B. Webb can't win 18 games minimum this season.

For that to happen, we're going to have to leave the Clayton/Counsell double-play combination in place most of the time.

If an inferior fielding (but better hitting) SS bumps Royce, Webb will be afraid to the throw the ball in the strike zone, as he was last year.

Luckily, Clayton had 3 hits last night and drove in the winning run, which makes the concept easier to take.
