I dont know how the cap works..

But if to keep Q and Warner, it means letting Dansby walk.. then we should do it..

Furthermore, if we need to trade Dockett to free up more cash, I'll do that too..

Our offense is ridiculously explosive.. if we want to get greedy we could draft a speed back.. or upgrade the Oline.. or get a top level TE... but really, with the group we have now, we're doing just fine.. we dont even need those offensive upgrades...

Which to me means that we shouldnt pay big bucks to players like Dansby.. he's a strong player, but he's not a Pro Bowler, yet he wants to be paid like one..

Wouldnt it make more sense to just draft a FS and ILB in the first couple rounds? Let Dansby and Green walk...

Our seconday with a top draft pick at FS.. would be

CB:Hood
CB-DRC
NB:Rolle
FS-Draft pick
SS:Adrian Wilson

So gettin back to my main point.. we need to do whatever we can to keep Q.. even if it means losing out on Dansby.. and as I said, im open to trading Dockett if he demands a big contract this offseason.. we could probably get a 2nd rounder for him.. and if our offense is in tact, we can spend all our draft picks on defense to replace these guys

Dockett isnt making much anyway. Dansby is gone. Edge is gone. That will get Boldin & Warner redone IMO.

You can't just flush away quality linebackers. Okeafor and Berry are aging. Laboy and Haggins are good, but Hayes and Dansby are a cut above. You don't get rid of either without taking a serious drop off in stability in the front 7.

Our front 7, all of them, have done an outstanding job getting pressure and stopping the run this year.

Dansby and the edge rushers are replaceable.. as I stated.. getting Q and Warner redone, gives us great stability on offense...

We could draft 7 rounds of defenders if we wanted too.. dont tell me we couldnt find anyone to replace Okeafor, Berry, and Dansby..
