LAS VEGAS — At this stage, Knicks coach David Fizdale is not ready to take issue with any of his young charges. After point guard Frank Ntilikina’s mixed summer-league debut Saturday, Fizdale wouldn’t nitpick about the 19-year-old point guard’s offensive production looking very similar to last season’s. In Saturday’s opening win over Atlanta, Ntilikina hounded Hawks rookie point guard Trae Young, especially in the first half. Like his first season, Ntilikina’s defense was right on but his offense wasn’t up to snuff. Though he had five assists, Ntilikina committed three turnovers, sometimes forcing passes.
