Green would start Shipp instead of Arrington. I'm not sold on the new center either. I thought Hayer did a pretty good job in the 3rd preseason game. I also don't agree with cutting Bridges and keeping Ian Allen. I bet Bridges can play tackle better than Allen can play guard. I know Allen can't play tackle.

Other than that, everything is looking ready for action! Go Cards!

Hayer vs. Lynch - sort of splitting hairs here with 2 4th string Centers. But I will bite. Hayer did not do well in the preseason game IMO, but thats besides the point. Lynch is a natural center who can probably make better line calls since he has ore experiance at it. Hayer is a converted tackle who only practiced OC for a few weeks. If I had to pick a 4th string OC to start I would lean towards the one who is a natural center.

Shipp will get his carries, gauranteed. Green likes using all of his RB's and we have been practicing a Shipp and JJ backfield in practice but never showed it in preseason.

I think both backs will get equal carries this Sunday. We'll see who does better.
