Just north of Little Rock in a small school they have an 11 year old 7th grader who is 6'3' tall. Take a look at this kid doing his imitation of Michael Jordon. Baylor has already sent him a recruiting book. Where do kids like this come from? Scotty Pippin is from the same town and he was not offered a scholarship by a major college so he went to the local university. He was only 6'3" when he entered college but grew to be 6'7" and an all pro. A lot of scouts missed out on him including the U. of Arkansas. Who knows how big this kid might grow but he sure has a good start on ball handling and jumping.

So? I did that when I was 10. (on a fisher price rim) :p

Seriously that's pretty amazing. I hope they take care of his knees. I knew a kid who was freakishly tall and good at hoops in 7th grade but he wound up having bad knees from the early growth spurt. :(

They need to get micro-fracture perfected the way young people are playing today.
