Been swamped at work lately and figured it would be as easy as a couple of clicks to pay the deposit for my tickets today. Was busy until a couple of hours ago.

I usually call in and make the payment. In recent years the Cards have promoted paying for your seats "online 24/7" so I figured they'd have a reliable system in place to do just that...

When I go online to renew my tickets - the only invoice the site produces is for full payment due today rather than one for the down payment.

I sent a couple of emails, but likely won't get any response until tomorrow which will now make my deposit late.

Ridiculous. :|

i did mine online and as you go to the actual payment part you can type in how much you want to pay - i just put in 1/3 plus the $2 convenience fee and received confirm that I'm OK

I just went through it. It's a terrible system. You click at least 4 times and the only amount you are ever shown - due today - is the full amount. Finally you get to a page that still says you owe the full amount, but gives you the option to pay any amount you type in. Like you, I added in the $2 fee on my own to make sure I was covered.

Not sure if this is on the Cards or ticketmaster who they use to deliver the invoice online but they should fix it so it handles the deposit much easier.

Even once I paid it still showed me an invoice telling me the full amount was due today. :doi:

Yeah, I've had problems with them in trying to re-seat.

Ironically, you can not put in a re-seat request over the phone, you have to go online.

You just can't wait until the last deadline day, their phone lines are usually jammed and who knows what you get online.

I went online and had no problems. But I paid the full amount and did it a couple weeks ago. We'll see how the re-seat request goes. But yeah, it is frustrating that they can't get their mail renewal, phone renewal and online renewal all working the same.

In a halfway defense of the Cards, the online ticket renewal account manager is handled by ticketmaster, not the AZ Cardinals. But the Cards still should have got it consistent.

Tell me Nidan where you found the down payment amount online. I had the same problem and did not have my invoice in fromt of me. I thought the down payment amount was 20%. I tried to call yesterday and never was able to talk to a person only leave a voicemail. This so Cardinal like it is silly. Should have been an option on the first page for the amount of deposit.

I've paid this way for years, and always thought it was easy and convenient. Much better than mailing, or phoning, it in. I just paid the 617 it told me to pay on the invoice, and didn't pay the 2, and got my confirmation.

Paid online last week.

Was pretty simple and quick.

The payment option was pretty clear, though I paid in full myself.

Not sure when I'll hear about my seat relocation request though.

Hate to hear you are leaving BigShtank ( I was going to abbreviate, but BS just doesn't sound appropriate :D). Glad to see you are going to school however. Good luck with the school work and the girls.;)

Brian, just use some of that moldy old money you have under your mattress and pay it in full. Then it won't make any difference.;)
