I live in the Chicago suburbs and my Son and I are considering going to the game in St. Louis the first week in October.
Is there anybody out there that can tell me the best way to get a couple of tickets for that game?
Thanks in advance!

Whenever we go see games on the road, we first try buying them off of ticketmaster and have them shipped to us here in PHX. If for some reason that doesn't work, I'll try craigslist.com for whatever city the Card's are playing in. Good luck.

I haven't seen him on the board lately but I think ArizonaElvis lives in the Lou and has a hook up for tickets.

I'm going to go to the Leinart-Bush matchup in New Orleans. Hopefully I can find tix at reasonable price.

Consodering they both play offense and wont be on the field at the same time I dont think you will get your moneys worth no matter what you pay.

Oh, I will! As a Trojan fan, makes no difference - they will be playing in the same stadium....I'm trying to get tickets to the Bengals/Cardinals game as well as the Saints/Cardinals game, we already have tickets to the Cardinals/Panthers game, but there is a Trojan on almost every team we play against. My friend and I are having a banner made stating "Die-hard Arizona Cardinals fans...but Trojans forever" or something like that.

Contact the CFards. If the family and friends don't take all reserved for the team you might be able to get some of those.

I really need to get to work to get ahold of the tix to the Bengals/Cards game myself. I recruited a couple of Ohioan friends but I need to get to business

Hope we can get tickets at least somewhere near another Cardinals fan.....I will admitt, I'm a little concerned about my daughter and I flying out there alone....particularly because of the "thug" element associated with some of the Bengals players.

Poor Carson.....he comes from a very nice, fairly well-to-do family, from what I hear, he's disgusted with all the player issues on the team.

Most of the Bengals players and fans are fine. There are just a few bad apples, and and many of the offenses are DUIs, or happened before the players were Bengals. I don't think you have anything to worry about--it can't be half as bad as going into the Black Hole or the Dawg Pound or other famously rowdy places.

Good to know.....but do you think I would have EVER been caught dead in the Black Hole? I don't care who plays for them....BTW, What is the Dawg Pound???

There is almost always tickets available on stubhub. Most of the time you get a parking pass with the tickets as well.

Actually Cincinnati is in the middle of the midwest "Bible Belt". In other words as long as you don't wear a ton of Redbird gear you'll be fine...just kidding about the gear.....as a St. Louis Card baseball fan I've worn my gear many times in the stadiums and at the bars with no problems.

When in Cincy just stay away from Vine St. and the University of Cincy area. The stadium itself on the river is first class and if your staying more than one day try to take your daughter to the Newport Aquarium across the river in Newport Ky....one of the best aquariums on the planet.

Thanks for the info guys, but I have to tell you, I had a horrific experience in Chicago in the 70s at a Bears game.....so terrible that I hated the NFL, and what I perceived to be the calibur of its fans, for over 30 years. Entering the stadium, whatever that hell-hole is called, these fat, ape-like Bear's fans surrounded us, began taunting us and said things to me and my friend that no lady should ever have to hear...we were in tears, we literally had to pull our boyfriends away or there would have been a brawl.....in which they were clearly outnumbered.

Our crime? our friends were wearing the opposing team's sportswear. I still hate the Bears - and my first experience at an NFL game. It only took me 30 years to get over it.......

Yes, Elvis gets the tickets for the STL game.

As for cincinatti? Worst experience attending an NFL game. Their fans are classless morons (they were that game) but we are going again this year since it's driving distance.
