Instructor Hank Haney, who parted ways with Woods in 2010, made a strong case for Woods and picked him to win the British Open during a Monday interview with SiriusXM PGA Tour. The Open Championship tees off Thursday in Scotland. Woods has not won a major since 2008 (the U.S. Open) and last won the British Open in 2006.
