The Washington Redskins are experiencing a silver lining of sorts at training camp with defensive tackle Tim Settle. Settle, a fifth-round pick this year, didn’t figure to get much playing time in a rotation after the Redskins grabbed Daron Payne in the first round. Now Payne is hurt and Settle is seizing his opportunity.
