Time Change

i dont know if the site is not working properly or if it is my computer.....the time in the bottom left of my computer is right, but the time of posts is an hour behind. is this the site or my computer. either way can someone tell me how to fix it?

Click on User CP (up top), then on the left hand side click on Edit Options. Scroll down a bit and you'll see where you can set your time zone preferences.
