I am in line to admit it. The ACC is full of talented players. It is also full of choke job coaches. These guys love to get in tight games and lose them.

i.e.

Virginia - Texas Tech
Auburn - Clemson
Georgia Tech - Fresno State ( pass... they didn't have a coach )
Boston College played squeekers all year.
Florida State - Kentucky

The ACC will put huge numbers of players in the NFL, right there with the SEC, while they loll around in mediocrity playing defensive struggles. That league refuses to play offense.

i.e. Miami will put 7-8 players in the NFL out of this draft. from a team that finished 5-7 and was blown out of half their games. ACC coaches suck big time. Afraid to lose mentality will bite you on the ass nearly every time.

Yeah but the ACC also has some really good coaches too. Bowden at Clemson, Grobe at WF, and Beamer at VT. I alos think Butch Davis will turn that NC program around. Frankly, I thought Chan Gailey did a pretty good job at GT as well.

I won't give it to Bowden, but the others are good defensive coaches. The ACC won't play offense and get outscored in the Bowl matchups.

The PAC 10 and Big 12 are the opposite. Lotsa offense, very little defense.

I kinda agree on Bowden. He has tons of talent but cant seem to consistently win. Lots of pressure there however. For some reason their fans believe they should be playing for NC's every year.
