Titans QB Young active against Rams (AP)

Vince Young is active and warming up for the Titans with an achy right knee that had him questionable for Tennessee's game with the St. Louis Rams. Young left practice early Thursday after aggravating the injury, then he watched practice Friday. The Rams sat right tackle Jason Smith on Sunday for a third straight game with a concussion.
