Anyone else strangely excited about the offseason, and the massive amount of decisions, re-working, losses, gains, and everything in between ?

I am not there just yet, but this offseason it going to have so much going on.

The last few offseasons, there was a good amount of stability.

All up in the air at the moment. If you change coaches, a lot of those, "Arians' guys" do not have any stability.

This is going to be crazy.

When Keim and Arians took over for the 2013 season, they circled the 2015 season to make "the push".

I would say this organization is looking at 2020.......so 20-20 vision ? LOL.

Well, I guess it's better to retool at 8-8 with a retiring coach, then firing someone at 2-14 Browns style.

i hate seeing BA go -- aside from being a great coach, he gave the team a refreshing, fun vibe.

However, i think we all recognize that this roster needs work over a couple of seasons to be a true contender again -- so yes, im excited to see where it goes.

Even under Arians, the roster turnover has been enormous. This year's team only had 8 players remaining from the team that made it to the NFC Championship game vs. Carolina.
