CB Javier Arenas left practice early with an injury. No other information. #azcardinals

Good thing we are supposedly deep at CB

One way to end a practice: Peterson with an impressive one-hand INT cutting in front of Kerry Taylor to stop 2nd offense drive. #CardsCamp

Antoine Cason with a nice pick. Ball intended for Patrick Peterson, who tripped. #azcardinals

Times have changed

So I'm traveling for work, tethering my iPhone to my laptop in my hotel room, and watching HD quality videos of today's practice (thanks for posting).

It doesn't seem that long ago I was fresh out of college, living in a single wide, and catching up on the Cards via a dial up connection that would provide me with a 3 day old newspaper article taking 20 minutes to download.

He had a very sore head/neck and the team was going to make him pass all the concussion tests to return -- not sure if there was an official diagnosis or not.

 I still think fondly of "the good old days" but I can't imagine living without the tech toys we have today.

High Speed of its day. In those days it wasn't about the speed but the fact it was possible.

History will not be kind to the coaching staff of the 2011 and 2012 teams or to Rod Graves. It didn't have to be the way it was

Shane, you seem to attend practice every year. To me CP looks pretty good, but how do you assess our QB play compared to prior (post KW) years? And yes I know the media is saying that there is a big improvement.

Who was the center snapping the ball to Palmer. Guy with long hair, #63 I believe. Is Seidlein injured?

Seems like Tyrann is all over the receivers, he's going to get flagged for that in real games.

Still he's awfully good at changing directions, you can see why he's around the ball so much.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. He tends to get a little grabby.

Thats a coaching issue. They have had refs at practice too. He should clearly know what he can and cant get away with by now.
