Jul. 23—A pair of local golfers finished in the top 10 at the Wisconsin Amateur Championship on Thursday in Brookfield. Eau Claire's Matt Tolan came in seventh at the state's top amateur tournament, and Chippewa Falls' Thomas Longbella was right behind in eighth place at Westmoor Country Club.
