Great game by Cujo... one of the best goalie performances I have seen in my entire life.

However, the game was ruined by the absolutely horrendous officiating. Now, I was a referee for a soccer club in Phoenix and I know how hard it is to see everything and be perfect. With this aside, the refs were definitely mentally impaired. I am not just talking about the goal call; I am talking about the entire game. These refs should be fired for the disgrace tonight.

How can the officials in the booth call that a goal? Not only is it interference but the net was off the pegs before the puck went into the net. They determined the game tonight and that is something that I cannot forgive. Anyone with half of one freaking eyeball could call that play. When did the NHL have blind people in the review box?

The goal was just the cherry on top with this game. Too many fake penalties were called. Just a disgrace to the NHL with these guys employed.

The bright side of the game was how the Coyotes played. They never gave up even when everything on the ice was opposed to them winning. Two of the stars this night were Ballard and Cujo, just a great game by them.

On a side note, I remember that we traded for Ballard, but I have forgotten who we got him from and for what.

That goal was crap. Even if they say that it was going in before the net was knocked off, where's the goalie interfence? How can Cujo be expected to make a save when an opposing player is standing on top of him. Just plain BS. :(

Very poor officiating tonight.

Yotes looked good though. There is alot of promise with this team.

Cujo was livid after the game and I cannot say I blame him. The Canuck's announcers also said it was a horrible call. If it were up to me, I would have the NHL should review the game and punish the refs just like any other occupation would punish employees for not doing their job.

I could not commend Gretzky enough for how he acted after the game. He did not even mention the poor call and I applaud him for that. If I was in the same situation I would probably been fined a substantial amount of money for my comments.

Even the Canucks fans are writing about how horrible that "goal" call was, that should say something.

How about Cujo though? Looking like one of the biggest steals of the last free agent period.

Derek Morris and Keith Ballard from the Avs for Chris Gratton, Ossi Vaananen, and a 2nd rounder. That trade is looking better and better every day.

Is it ever! Morris still cannot hit the net, but Ballard might be our best D-man (at 22 years old) by the end of this year. I was sad to see Ossi go, and everytime I see Zbynek Michalek on the ice I think its him. But just a steal by the Coyotes.

What gets me is that the officials looked at the replay and they still called it a goal. Not only was the net coming off but the Canuck player was acting like a bowling ball into Cujo.

The Coyotes did have their chances after that goal. They had a two-man advantage and in the last minute the puck hit the crossbar.

I feel better about this team after the last three games. Gambo last night said the Coyotes could be looking to trade Boucher. He said the Coyotes are going with Cujo and Leneveu.

I would love to see Boucher traded. Leneveu seems like a decent back-up right now and Cujo is just playing great.

But what do you think we could get for him? Boucher and Kolanos for . . . what? Boucher hasn't exactly impressed during his time in PHX.

Possibly a second round draft pick from Washington or Atlanta (both teams will pick early in the second round). Both teams are in need of a goalie badly. Washington could use some depth at Center, but I think that Atlanta is the most realistic place.

I wouldn't mind seeing Sean O'Donnell's salary dumped either. He looks slow on the ice and takes some useless penalties. That is... when Denis Gauthier comes back.

However, I would like to unload Comrie more than Kolanos. He hasn't played well at all so far, is paid more, and would get more in return since he is considered a better player.
