WR Fitzgerald of Pitt isn't on here.....maybe because his elgibility for the draft may be up in the air.

Actually, Fitz is in, but it just came out today.

And he thinks Jamaal Brimmer has a better chance of that than Sean Taylor? Brimmer is really good by the way John Robinson compared him to Ronnie Lott earlier this year, just don't think he's close to Taylor.

It's an interesting list, Reggie Williams seems to be a guy everyone is getting on board with that's not the first time I've seen him listed ahead of Roy recently.

At this point it's hard to say anybody is crazy or right or wrong, if you'd have listed Anquan Boldin in your top 10 you'd have been nuts and now look.

I watched a few of his games this year. Most of the announcers were comparing him to a young John Elway. He's a pocket passer, but when he does run he runs hard and slow... much like a power fullback. He'll lower his head to get extra yardage. That may be a real bad thing once he gets in the NFL.

IMO he looks very poised in the pocket, intelligently goes through his reads, and throws accurately. His arm strength is so good that he can actually throw a 40 yard touch pass. That's incredible for a college player. If he's there at #3 the cards have to strongly consider taking him IMO.

If we go defense a few outstanding CB's should be there.

The last list just posted had guys like Carroll (Ark.)....Vasher (Texas) and Keiwan Ratliff of Florida below #40.

I usually dont follow UNLV football much more than a token glance here and there or the occasional ESPN2 game on Thursday nights, but I have followed a little closer this year b/c of Brimmer.

The guy is a real talent and very well could be a steal for someone. Do I think he is as good as Taylor-no, probably not, but I think Brimmer is just starting to really develop too.

The kid loves to hit and he has exceptinal hands. I can see the comparison to Lott (albeit a little early) because of the toughness and all.. He reminds me, in a field generalship type of way, of DexJax as well. Always vocal, moving people around, etc etc.

If the Cards take Manning (which I am hoping) picking up Brimmer in the early 2nd would be a great steal!

At least the "Sportsnutz" can say he stands for truth in advertising regarding his name. I do not watch the volume of games I used to watch, but this list is unlikely to bear any resemblence to any lists used in the NFL. I will say Gallery may be the safest pick in the draft (other than Manning) and I think he will shortly be playing in Hawaii. Beyond that, it is hard to imagine he really saw and documented what he saw on many of these players.

Horton's list from TSN is much more accurate. Gary does a nice job, but his group has always leaned to popularity contests and favors the major schools too much.
