Tottenham Hotspur defender Jan Vertonghen says he and his team-mates let the club down after their 7-2 Champions League humiliation against Bayern Munich. Spurs were torn apart by the German champions at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as former Arsenal winger Serge Gnabry scored four goals to leave Vertonghen "ashamed and embarrassed". Robert Lewandowski grabbed a brace and Joshua Kimmich also found the net as Spurs conceded seven goals at home for the first time in their history.
