The first wave of NFL free agency has concluded, and there were some blockbuster signings and trades, including the Commanders acquiring wide receiver Deebo Samuel from the 49ers and the Giants signing quarterback Russell Wilson.
All three teams in the Ravens division made under-the-radar deals, with Cincinnati and Pittsburgh resetting the wide receiver market. Cincinnati Bengals
- RB Samaje Perine: Signed a two-year deal worth up to $3.8 million.
- WR Ja'Marr Chase: Signed a four-year, $161 million extension.
- WR Tee Higgins: Re-signed on a four-year, $115 million deal. Earlier this offseason, Higgins had the non-exclusive franchise tag placed on him for the second straight year.
- TE Mike Gesicki: Re-signed on a three-year deal worth $25.5 million with $12 million in Year 1.
- TE Tanner Hudson: Re-signed on a one-year contract.
- OG Lucas Patrick: Signed a one-year deal.
- OL Cody Ford: Re-signed to a two-year contract.
- Edge Joseph Ossai: Re-signed to a one-year deal worth $7 million.
- DE Cam Sample: Re-signed to a one-year deal.
- DL B.J. Hill: Re-signed to a three-year, $33 million contract.
- DL T.J. Slaton: Signed a two-year, $15.1 million deal.
- LB Oren Burks: Signed a two-year, $5 million contract.
- CB Marco Wilson: Re-signed to a one-year deal.
- LS Cal Adomitis: Signed a one-year extension.
Cleveland Browns
- QB Kenny Pickett: Acquired in a trade with the Eagles in exchange for QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson and a 2025 fifth-round pick (No. 164).
- OT Cornelius Lucas: Signed with the Browns.
- OG Teven Jenkins: Signed with the Browns.
- Edge Myles Garrett: Signed a four-year extension that includes $123 million guaranteed and has an average per-year salary of $40 million. The deal ties Garrett to the Browns for six years and consists of a no-trade clause.
- Edge Joe Tryon-Shoyinka: Signing a one-year, $4.75 million deal with $4.19 million guaranteed.
- DL Maliek Collins: Signed a two-year, $20 million deal with $13 million fully guaranteed.
- LB Jerome Baker: Signed with the Browns.
- LB Devin Bush: Signed a one-year, $3.25 million deal with $2.97 million guaranteed.
Pittsburgh Steelers
- QB Mason Rudolph: Signed a two-year, $8 million deal with $4.5 million guaranteed.
- RB Kenneth Gainwell: Signed a one-year, $1.79 million deal with $620,000 guaranteed.
- WR DK Metcalf: Acquired in a trade with the Seahawks in exchange for a 2025 second-round pick (No. 52) and a late-round pick swap. Metcalf is signing a four-year, $132 million extension with Pittsburgh.
- WR Scotty Miller: Signed a one-year contract.
- WR Ben Skowronek: Re-signed on a two-year deal.
- TE Donald Parham Jr.: Signed to a one-year contract.
- DT Daniel Ekuale: Signed a one-year contract.
- DE Isaiahh Loudermilk: Re-signed on a one-year deal.
- DL Malik Harrison: Signed a two-year, $10 million deal.
- CB Brandin Echols: Signed a two-year contract.
- CB James Pierre: Re-signed on a one-year deal.
- CB Darius Slay: Signed a one-year, $10 million deal that's fully guaranteed.
- S Juan Thornhill: Signed a one-year contract.
