FWIW, Travis is starting at 1B for the Yankees today after being activated from the DL. 1-2 so far.

Travis made some very nice defensive plays that saved the Yankees some runs. I'd bet that he gets to start for the Yankees a lot, because Giambi is such a butcher and the team infield defense is so lousy. Giambi will DH and Travis start at first.

Travis is the biggest moron/idiot ever. Ignores fans, treats them as they are worthless. Obviously he doesn't know we both sh*t the same!

Very rude person. I saw him, tried saying "hi" to him, and was blown off. My friends were also blown off by him at a Dbacks chartiy event where the team was signing stuff. Didn't smile or anything.

I hate the guy.

Geez I hate it when people based on their own personal experience make a comment about a player being a bad fan guy.

Back in 2002 when the Phillies played the D-Backs in Arizona I was standing at the railings and Travis came up to talk to a friend of his wife. The whole time he talked he signed autographs for people. Since I coincidentally had been standing right in front of Travis I passed balls and stuff back and forth between the fans and Travis. He was invariably polite and signed for a good 10 minutes giving everyone who came down an autograph.

I'm not a huge fan of Travis Lee, but I hate to see a guy ripped for things that have nothing to do with his performance on the field. Now as to his on-field performance, well, that's why I'm not a huge fan.
