Sioux City Musketeers forward Trey Jefferis has committed to Northeastern, it was announced earlier this week.
A native of Hummelstown, PA, Jefferis was originally committed to Sacred Heart. In his first full USHL season with the Musketeers, Jefferis has 31 points (14 goals, 17 assists) in 42 regular season games.
Jefferis split time last season between the NAHL's Springfield Jr. Blues and Sioux City, tallying 21 points (12 goals, nine assists) in 39 regular season games.
A 2005-born skater, Jefferis is expected to make the jump to the NCAA level and join the Huskies for the 2025-26 season.
