Tagovailoa dislocated his right hip during the second quarter of Alabama's game against Mississippi State over the weekend. Tua underwent successful surgery on his right hip Monday morning in Houston," team orthopedist Dr. Lyle Cain said in the statement. "The procedure went as planned, and he is resting comfortably.
