This is crazy. I LOVE Tyson Chandler I think he is an extremely good player even now. Takes all that pressure off Len and if we can bring Aldridge in, I will go from being very disinterested/annoyed with the suns to over the freaking moon and counting the days till the first game of the season!

Did not see this coming, will be so impressed if we get Aldridge.

Fingers crossed

I get hes from Texas (intense rationalization coming up) but hes got one year at a title tops. ANd even then its no sure thing. Then Duncan, Manu, and Pop all likely gone. You going to win multiple chips with Kawahii Leonard? Hes a good player but IMO overvalued because he plays with other stars that allow him to play a role. Well see if he is All NBA once San Antonio is no longer led by Duncan and Pop.

Phoenix? Both are guards are signed for 5 years. Terrific young Center prospect in Len and immediate stud in Chandler - which is important to him as he wants to play PF. And he is THE MAN. Not replacing anyone or filling anyones shoes. The FO and fanbase would be falling over themselves if he came here.

Its gonna suck when he goes to SA. But like Red said, hope is a beautiful thing man.

It's funny. WE HAVE AN ARGUMENT FOR PICKING US OVER SAN ANTONIO! But we have been so beaten down as Suns fans over the past few years, we don't dare actually believe it.

We all need a shrink.

I couldn't agree more. Throw in the mix that we're up against the Spurs yet AGAIN, and it really messes up the mind.

It's like having a bad dating streak, then meeting an amazing girl who is actually not selfish piece of **** and is also hot, and also into you. The old you would have believed it, but with the luck you have had you literally refuse to believe it until she is disrobed in your bed, and even then you slap yourself a few times to try and wake up.

how the hell can we sign Chandler AND Aldridge with our cap situation?!

Include a bunch of draft picks if needed to move the Morris twins or whatever. The Suns are swinging for the fences when they signed Tyson Chandler and made a move for Aldridge. I'm glad the Suns realized their need at center. Earlier I was pushing for the Suns to sign Robin Lopez and he reportedly had a good relationship with Aldridge as well. The Suns must have thought more highly of Chandler.

Wow, way to go Suns! Even if Chandler misses 1/3 of his games, he moves this team in the right direction of defensive accountability and doing things the right way. He brings credibility with him, and that's what this franchise has been sorely in need of. I'm impressed!

If we don't get LA, which is likely, it sucks that we lost Brandan Wright

The only thing I will miss is the first round draft pick (or two second round picks) the Suns gave up to sign him. Nothing wrong with Wright but the Suns needed more beef upfront.

Yeah no. That guy is likely as much of an insider as I am.

LMAO His twitter account has a gmail email address

Not sure how credible he is but he does have 15k followers. Just noticed that Steve Kyler (who doesn't have a gmail email address on his twitter account) of Basketball Insiders retweeted it as well

But we gained Chandler, so the loss of Wright isn't really that big of a deal.

Right, but I am thinking the Morri will be gone, maybe I am wrong there, so also losing Wright leaves us a bit thin up front. We'll see how it plays out. I really liked Wright and his shot blocking ability

Wow. From you, that sounds downright optimistic.

He's not going to announce where he's going BEFORE he's done with all of his meetings. This guy is pulling things out of his ass and its obvious at this point

That really makes sense. LA set up meetings with 7 teams, they are all putting in lots of effort. The professional thing to do is meet with all and announce your decision afterwards. Of course the media "tweeter" experts are tying to create a scoop. Everyone has their own agenda.

Apparently Pick isn't the only reporting it

https://twitter.com/Matthew_Tynan

Is Woj? Hell if stein was reporting it I'd give it more credibility. This david pick guy evidently is a specialist for international players so how would he be the first to hear about this (non-international player and non-international team)?

This screams of throwing crap against a wall and hoping it sticks. If its right (and boy he did he go out on a limb here), he'll get credit for being the first to report it
