UCF forward Keyshawn Hall has entered the transfer portal after one season with the Knights.
The 6-foot-7 Hall recently announced plans to enter the 2025 NBA Draft but would not hire an agent to maintain his college eligibility. He becomes the eighth member of the team to enter the portal, which opened on Monday.
According to a source, Hall has received name, image and likeness (NIL) offers from several schools in the range of $2.5 million. Those offers would likely be front-loaded to avoid infringing on the $20.8 million cap coming with revenue-sharing as part of the NCAA v. House settlement.
Hall started all 33 games for the Knights, averaging a Big 12-best 18.8 points and 7.1 rebounds. This past season, he was named second-team, all-conference and all-conference newcomer.
UCF (17-16, 7-13 Big 12) is preparing to face Oregon State in the first round of the inaugural College Basketball Crown on Tuesday (5:30 p.m., FS1) at The MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
Whether Hall will play in the game is uncertain.
The Knights had seven players enter the portal led by guards Jaylin Sellers, Mikey Williams, Tyler Hendricks, Nils Machowski, Cameron Simpson and forwards JJ Taylor and Rokas Jocius. Hendricks and Machowski are expected to play in Tuesday’s game, but the rest of the group remains uncertain.
Hall’s departure is the latest move that guarantees the roster will undergo a massive overhaul in the offseason. UCF added 10 newcomers in 2023-24 and 11 in 2024-25, mainly through the transfer market.
The Knights will lose point guard Darius Johnson, guard Dallan “Deebo” Coleman and forward Benny Williams to graduation. That leaves guards Dior Johnson and Poohpha Warakulnukroh and centers Moustapha Thiam and Elijah Hulsewe as the only players returning next season, although they could also choose to leave through the portal.
