It was more impressive with Darrel Dalkins... he didn't take a bow at center court.

Dawkins? He was terrified he was running away from the backboard when it broke.

I still say the most impressive one I've ever seen was of all people Doc Rivers. I can't remember if it was HS or college(marquette) but he grabbed an offensive rebound one handed and dunked it and literally ripped the rim off the backboard. It didn't shatter there was just a hole where the rim was attached. Rivers was about 6'4" so that was pretty impressive.

I guess Love bowed because he's apparently been talking about doing it for years. It's much harder to do now with the tear away rims, I think Dawkins did it before invented those things.
