Didn't get to see the game, don't get ESPNU, but apparently UCLA let a 17 point first half lead slide to as little as 3 before closing out the always tough Temple Owls.
The negative from the game is more injuries, Fey hurt his shoulder but the real potential bad one is Farmar's ankle sprain. He played on it but will like skip Saturday's game against Delaware State to rest up for next Wednesday's 3rd round NIT game against Memphis.
That should be a barn burner I watched Memphis/Alabama, they are as always very athletic, up and down push the ball pressure defense. Calipari has a very talented team there, Darius Washington will sure test Farmar in a PG matchup. Given UCLA's injuries it's hard to see them having the depth to hold up to that tempo so we may see Howland try to slow it down some.
