Super Bowl 59 has come and gone, and NFL fans will have a while to wait before seeing their teams in action again.
That said, there will still be plenty of on-field action to tide football junkies over. Spring football is set to start on March 28 as the UFL prepares to play its second season.
Spring football isn't anything novel at this point. It has been played all but one season dating back to the Alliance of American Football (AAF) in 2019. That included two campaigns for the XFL and USFL as separate entities before their 2024 merger created the UFL, as currently constructed.
As such, the spring football format will be familiar to those who have recently enjoyed the sport. There are eight teams in the UFL, four in the USFL conference and four in the XFL. The league's regular season will last 10 weeks with no byes and be comprised of 40 total games.
Four clubs will make the postseason, with the top two in each conference facing off in their respective conference championship games. The winner of those will square off in the UFL championship.
Because of the regimented nature of the UFL schedule, fans already know precisely when all 43 of the games will take place. Below is a look at the dates and times of each game and the initial TV information for each contest.
