UNC makes the cut as Kentucky basketball transfer Sacha Killeya-Jones trims list

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Sacha Killeya-Jones received interest from more than 30 college basketball programs after he announced he would transfer from Kentucky earlier this month. The sophomore forward's list was recently trimmed to Arizona State, Clemson, Georgetown, Nevada, NC State, Notre Dame, Pittsburgh, Texas, North Carolina, and Wake Forest, his mother Ley Killeya-Jones confirmed to Courier Journal Saturday. Killeya-Jones plans to take visits in early May after classes at Kentucky end, said Ley Killeya-Jones, a research associate at UNC's school of pharmacy.
