someone who was listening to the game said he was working on specific pitches in the innings. I believe he threw almost all sliders in the inning where he allowed the runs. I guess he was just seeing which pitches he had control of, the no walks is a good sign. I wouldnt be too concerned with the hit and run total. I doubt there will be many, if any, innings where the hitter knows whats coming every pitch.

Unit's thrown really only two pitches for most of career and people still weren't able to hit him...

I hope he gets another rehab start.

I know he throws mostly the fastball and the slider, i was just saying that he threw almost all sliders in that inning. He usually mixes the two well. Also, when he throws the slider it usually isnt a strike, although players usually swing at it. Judging fromt he no walks i would assume he was just trying to get a feel for it. I wouldnt be worried by the hits and runs, if he feels good lets bring him us as soon as we can.
