Urban Meyer has received a contract extension through the 2020 season after a year in which he coached Ohio State to the national championship. The new terms and extension give Meyer a six-year deal. He said in a statement Monday he is ''honored'' to ''represent this great university.'' Meyer has led Ohio State to a 38-3 record and is undefeated in Big Ten regular-season play at 24-0.
