Utah CB Hatfield "allowed" back at school, but not with team (Yahoo Sports)

Utah coach Kyle Whittingham says suspended cornerback Dominique Hatfield is ''going to be allowed to stay in school,'' but has not yet been cleared to return to the team. School spokesperson Liz Abel, however, says Hatfield was never kicked out of school in the first place. Hatfield's lawyer, Greg Skordas, was surprised by the university's statement and believed his client had been suspended from the university.
