I recently installed VB 6.0 and on certain websites an error prompt comes up asking if I want to debug. I have disabled it before for .NET, but can't remember how??????

You need to go to the Tools menu and select "Internet Options"

Then select the advanced tab of Internet Options and find the option to "Disable script debugging".

Actually I installed visual studio 6.0 to use C++. Is there a way to disable script debugging for everything in the VS 6.0 tools menu?
