How do you get the video not to buffer every 25 seconds or actually have fluid video instead of like stills?

I really want to see the Shaq practice.

Instead of streaming it, download it. Use a Download program like Hidownload or Download Accelerator. Copy the link:

and load it into the program.

The story was that Shaq "showed no signs" of his injury at practice. GREAT news for the Suns, and for Suns fans who want to see him play before the break, but now there's hurt feelings because the people in Miami think Shaq might have been faking his hip injury. Why is being in better condition after having time to rest from your injury so mysterious? Sounds like a lot of hurt feelings from the people in Florida.

First they're all laughing about how the Suns got fleeced by Riley now they're mad because Shaq may have been taking longer than necessary to get back to their crap team.

Which is it? Just another paradox in the ongoing Shaq to Phoenix saga.

just because of his size,

Hurt feelings hurt schmeelings, the miami ownership traded away role players and played with fire with their roster AFTER winning a championship leading to them being the worst team in the nba, and you expect someone who is chasing 5th and 6th rings not to throw the towel in?

This baffles me, he helped get them 1 ring already and in these days that is the best thing you can ask for.

The team was heading nowhere, we hear how shaq puts it into gear after the ASB, well in that case even before that the heats playoff run was already over.

The heat think they got a great deal, well they will be surprised when marion opts after they don't give him his 3yr/60 million extension.

Did u guys notice this? When Hill was interviewed courtside, he had lot of sweat and wiped his nose by his t-shirt. A few seconds later, a white towel thrown over to him from right side, the camera turned and caught Shaq walking up stairs. Wow, Shaq is really going to help the team chemistry a lot.

About the injury, don't u guys understand, it must be Arison and Riley who wanted Shaq to rest? If they want to trade him, they definitely don't want Shaq to fail a physical.

Makes perfect sense. But leave it to the press to over-report every single detail about the trade to try to create drama.

Its all a bunch of Laker bias. The media doesnt want anything to get in the way of their darling Lakers winning the championship

I only use Hidownload to grab the Suns videos. I just threw the DA name out there because its more popular than HiDownload.

Throwing a sweaty teammate a towel is now considered chemistry? I call it, "that sweaty guy needs a towel and I'm near the towels."

Hand over towel to each other during practice or game is normal. But this one is different.

Hill was surrounded by reporters, Shaq was a couple of meters away with a lot of guys in between. Hill didn't signal any1 he want a towel. Shaq must be paying very much attention to notice that, and forwardly helped.

He was obviously joking around with Hill. Though I wouldn't over blow it, it does demonstrate that he is going to kid around with this team. Everybody, has said that the team wasn't having fun.

If throwing towels, joking or whatever brings back the fun to this team, it will have a huge impact on chemistry.

The Heat might have some legitimate gripes. The Suns' doctors did find that Shaq was in supreme shape when they checked him out.

321 pounds? That's even less than his listed weight of 325. And 11 percent body fat at that??

How could something positive be presented as negative?

If this is a small example of Shaq looking out for his teammates, I'm thrilled with the prospect of something we haven't had in a big man since Maurice Lucas -- an enforcer.

Just his presence will head off alot of the disrespect the Suns have been receiving . . . like from Stern and his refs.

Now if I only had enough money to print a full page ad in Miami Herald using your post..

I think the Miami Heat Org had to think of a way to save their behinds from the flood of outrage that was about to come..so they took advantage of the shock period and came up with a quick the plan...."Start a Rumor that everything that happened , every single loss, every single player that was lost and not signed was all caused by Shaqs laziness and his $20 mill contract.. it was him all along."
It was code named "Shaq and oowww.." Corny..yes ..but effective..priceless.

:yeahthat:

Nice pun! ;) But you must admit that it was amazing how quickly the Heat organization turned on their hero. He brought them a championship, and just two seasons later he was apparently the reason for every problem they were having. "I stubbed my toe yesterday morning, and I'm not entirely sure how yet, but it was completely Shaq's fault!" No wonder the big fella was looking for an escape.

Of course you know, if the Heat continue to stink next season, they'll just spin it as "the loss of Shaq" and not anything the organization could have possibly done.
