I don't understand why the Suns don't go after this guy. I don't think anybody has signed him yet. He's listed at 7'1 255, and in twenty minutes a game he averaged 7 rebounds. If the Suns want to run more this year, don't they need somebody to get the ball off the defensive glass? It's obvious that Trybanski is not going to help them this year, which leaves Jake as their only real center.

Signing Stepania seems like an upgrade to me. Why no interest in this guy?

Again, they already have 14 guaranteed contracts, and if they decide to keep D. Johnson around that will make 15. Last I heard Stepania was looking for more than a minimum contract.

I think unless there is a trade to minimize salary even more this is the team with which they will go into the regular season.
