As the Tennessee high school softball season entered its latter half, The Daily Herald featured the area's top players through five weeks of action.
Now it's time to make your pick for the Columbia area's top TSSAA softball player at midseason.
Nominees are listed below, with midseason statistics provided by coaches.
Anna Brewer, Columbia Academy: The Stanford signee has 78 strikeouts in 46.1 innings with a 1.60 ERA. At the plate she's hitting .500 with nine RBIs, five doubles and a home run.
Bailey Lovell, Columbia: Columbia's ace was 6-2 on the mound with 76 strikeouts in 48.1 innings and a 1.88 ERA. She's batting .514 with 13 RBIs, five doubles and a home run.
Logan Riebe, Independence: Riebe is batting .442 with 15 RBIs, two doubles and six home runs.

Gisselle Maldonado, Lawrence County: Maldonado is batting .481 with 23 RBIs, five doubles and a home run.
Katelyn Bass, Richland: Bass is batting .529 with 13 RBIs, two doubles, a triple and four home runs.
Abrianna Davis, Summertown: Davis has 77 strikeouts in 47.2 innings with a 1.10 ERA. She's batting .364 with 26 RBIs and two home runs.
Audrey Cathey, Summit: The Mizzou commit is batting .455 with 16 RBIs, six doubles, two triples and three home runs.
