Most of that's true but this has been beat to death. At some point we have to move on.

Its kinda hard to move on when we COULD have had a team that won this year's championship, but in actual fact, we had a team that failed to make the playoffs...

We can't move on because Sarver will still be here. I anticipate more bad things from him in the future until proven otherwise. Only if Sarver sold the team could we move on. Sarver has been in way over his head from the beginning and this just documents it.

This stuff has been regurgitated so many times. I am not saying I am happy with what has happened to this team, but I find it funny when posters post stuff like this like we haven't discussed it all 250,876,235,765 times before.

You do realize this article is from march 2008? Not that it changes anything though

While I agree with the general sentiment, he did get a few facts wrong and also seemed to post his opinions as general truth (I guess it is a blog post afterall).

I'm not a Sarver fan, but that whole article is written as if the whole world saw what the Suns needed to do and Sarver was just a complete dunderhead. Things like the Joe Johnson thing, a lot of people here were split whether to sign him in the summer for what he was asking.

You write a blog post like that, I think you should point back in history to some statement you made on record where you had all the right ideas when it would've counted for something. Otherwise it's backseat driving with 20/20 hindsight.

Every decision made, when looked at later and reviewed, is subject to this. Sarver's big decisions are piling up on the side of "wrong" more than "right".

This IS how you evaluate a person's work performance.

When Sarver gets out, it will be the past.

As long as he's calling the shots, it is ongoing current events.

Sarver as a hands-on owner is a disaster. Obviously.
