Im gonna say he goes..

And it doesnt bother me...

The great organizations don't cave in to contract demands just cause its "a feel good story" or because "wow, this guy took the team to the Super Bowl for the first team in franchise history"

If you want to be a well run organization you don't just blow the bank on one player because it's the "feel good" thing to do

I don't know what WILL happen.

I know what I want to happen.

I'll abstain for now.

I'm not signing the checks and as much as I like him for the team I would be the guy to call Atlas/Wheaton Van Lines. No way I blow the whole wad on one guy...regardless of how important the position is.

Once he made the trip he must commit.

Seriously, if the money is there I don't see his ego letting him stay in Arizona.

Either I'm missing out on something or a lot of people are overreacting. I still have a feeling that they can meet in the middle eventually.

Meeting in the middle is still overpaying.

With the $4mil boost to the cap, giving him an extra $2mil is not that big of a deal.

The problem with that, is that you can only apply that logic once. There 50 other players that may need to be considered.

Kurt

He stays unless he decides to retire. He has the best receivers in the NFL. Has warm weather on the best turf in the NFL. His family likes it in AZ. His agent is just playing games to get all he can get. In the end Kurt signs with us and likely has told his agent as much. Of course we always have the Bidwill or GM factor to deal with but even they can see a big downside and revolt of the average fan who does not come to boards like this. All they know is we were winners with Kurt who makes a great public image. In the end he adds revenue $$$$$$ and the Bidwills do understand that.
