Warnings to all for draft weekend

1. ASFN may crash, especially if Rod Graves trades down. Our provider says we should be able to handle 300 or so visitors at one time. We are currently running over 100 all day every day. With the Suns playing the Lakers in a playoff game Sunday, both the Suns and Cards board will be hyperactive all weekend.
If we overload, I'm willing to upgrade further to 500 or 600 handling capacity but I can't justify spending the money until the need is proven. So bear with us if you can't log on. I am notifying our provider to monitor us carefully all weekend.

2. We are going to post some behavior rules with automatic 1 to 3 day suspensions for certain transgressions after I consult with the mods. There will be no time for private pms.

3. Guaranteed, any personal insults to another poster will be a suspension. So too will blatant vulgarity. For now, read Chandler Mike's playoff rules on the Suns board. Ours will probably be very similar, if not identical.

Well, I'll be at stupid "Knott's Berry Farm" with my NHS on Saturday. Second year in a row, despite my best efforts, that I'll miss day 1 of the draft. I'll be back for Sunday, but I don't know how coherent I'll be after an all night bus ride.

I am doing my best though to send as much good will towards pottsville as possible. Since my wife has been in Phoenix since last Wednesday, I've doubled and at times even tripled my efforts to boost the pottsville economy. Yuengling is good stuff. Don't say I'm not pulling my weight around here!

I like the "Intensity Rules" for highly intense times for Arizona Sports. The 1 to 3 day suspension for time of high anxiety is a GREAT idea.

I know I could have qualified after the Packer's game last year.

BTW - I won't have computer access over the weekend anyway.

Depending on other chores laid out for me by well-intentioned spouse and relatives - I plan to keep the BRS current during both Sat. and Sun. with: (a) revised mini-boards between each of our picks, (b) comparative guru-comments about each player we pick and (c) either woo-hoos or snide comments from me as deemed appropriate.

To help the cause I'll probably stay away from ASFN for a day or two til the dust settles.
