wasted at bat for reynolds

I am wondering why Reynolds was used as a pinch hitter in the 13th inning. There were 2 outs and no one base. Wouldn't it have been better to save Reynolds until someone was in scoring position even if that meant he wouldn't get up?

Not really... Reynolds is not at all considered to be a "contact hitter"... He's a Homerun hitter. Not saying I would have used him in that situation either. However, I don't believe it was a wasted at bat. Reynolds can pop one at any time, in any situation...
