One of the best traditions of Masters week is players skipping shots across the pond on the par-3 16th.
Playing the back nine Tuesday afternoon, world No. 2 Rory McIlroy stepped to the front of the 16th tee box before hitting his skipping shot, which bounced multiple times across the water before finding land on the other side of the pond.
A turtle was sitting on the bank and got a great view of McIlroy's ball, which bounced over him before trickling back into the water.
The turtle picked a great spot to watch the action on a beautiful day during Tuesday's practice round, but he is in a dangerous spot for early in the week.
